New function Staff 7.3 : Improved language management and addition of English

Instead of choosing the employee's language from A, B or C, the choice is now offered in plain text (French, German or Italian) and we've added English. In this case, the employee's salary form will also be in English.

Moreover, the software has been fully translated into English, and the entire Office Maker range is now available in 4 languages. If your operating system is in English, the user interface will switch to English. You can also set your preferred language in Configuration (Other button - cogwheel icon - in the main window).
