macOS 15 Sequoia available in September 2024
Apple has announced the release of macOS 15 Sequoia for September 16th, 2024.
Like every year, this version brings a host of new features. It is compatible with Mac mini and MacBook Pro from 2018, iMac and Mac Pro from 2019, MacBook Air from 2020 and Mac Studio from 2022.
We've tested beta versions of Sequoia to check Office Maker compatibility, and haven't encountered any operating problems. However, as a precaution, we recommend waiting a while before upgrading your Macs to Sequoia. In general, the first major release of macOS contains a few dysfunctions which are corrected in the following months with minor updates. In addition, some software installed on your Mac may not be compatible.
Its predecessor, macOS 14 Sonoma, on the other hand, has reached maturity with its successive updates, and we can only recommend that you install it if you're using an older version of macOS and your Mac model allows it.
