Do you need help from a technician from our support department and would like to make an appointment? No more calls to our hotline or long e-mail exchanges to find a date that suits everyone: via the command File>Technical support and the button Book an appointment or visit our page officemaker.ch/agenda and an interface will let you choose the date and time, the duration of the appointment and optionally the technician who knows best your configuration.

Simple, convenient and fast, so don't hesitate to use this feature!

Of course, in case of emergency, you can always call our hotline at 021 651 77 68 (if you have an update subscription) or 0900 576 900 (without update subscription, CHF 3.13/minute).

Please note: we remind you that the second half of January and the first half of February are always very busy for our technicians, due to the large number of requests. Please book an appointment without delay before there are no more free slots.
